Who are we?

Born out of East Coast Hideaways, EC Property Co. was created to meet a growing need: owners who wanted more than management — they wanted transformation.

With decades of experience in property, design and project management, we have built a consultancy that understands both the beauty and the business of creating great homes.

We’ve managed full refurbishments, sourced entire interiors, and handled everything from planning to hot tub installation. Today, EC Property Co. works with owners, investors, and developers to deliver homes that photograph beautifully, live comfortably, and perform brilliantly.
